本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、株式会社YUYUKA here（以下「当社」）が提供するSaaSサービス「ecomPilot AI」（eBay等のマーケットプレイス向けAI返信支援ツール）における個人情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

2.1 サービス利用者（セラー）から

• eBay OAuth認可トークン（当社サーバに暗号化して保管）
• サービスログインに必要な認証情報
• サービス利用ログ（アクセス日時・操作履歴）

2.2 メッセージ送信者（買い手）に関する情報

セラーがeBay上で受信したメッセージを当社サーバに同期する際、以下の情報を取得します。

• eBayユーザー名（買い手識別子）
• メッセージ本文
• 関連する注文情報（Item ID・購入日時・金額・配送国など）

取得した情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。

• AIによる返信ドラフトの自動生成
• 未返信メッセージのSLA監視・アラート通知
• クレーム・エスカレーション自動判定
• メッセージの分類・翻訳・要約
• 統計処理による品質改善（個人を特定しない集計処理に限る）

4.1 データ処理を委託する第三者（サブプロセッサ）

サービス提供のため、以下の第三者にデータ処理を委託しています。

Google Gemini APIに送信されたデータは、Googleの追加規約によりモデル学習には使用されません。

4.2 第三者への提供の禁止

前項の委託先を除き、当社は買い手・セラーの個人情報を第三者に販売・提供・広告目的で共有することは一切ありません。ただし、以下の場合は例外とします。

• 法令に基づく開示請求があった場合
• 本人の生命・身体・財産の保護に必要であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合

• メッセージ本文・買い手ユーザー名: セラーがアカウントを削除するまで、またはeBayから該当買い手のアカウント削除通知（後述）を受領するまで保管します。
• eBay OAuthトークン: セラーが連携解除するか、有効期限が切れるまで保管します。
• アプリケーションログ: 30日を目安に自動ローテーションされます。

本サービスはeBayのMarketplace Account Deletion / Account Closure Notification Workflowに購読・準拠しています。

eBayから買い手のアカウント削除通知を受領した場合、通知の署名を検証したうえで、該当ユーザーに紐づく会話・メッセージ・返信ドラフト・関連レコードを当社データベースから物理削除します。削除は自動的に、通知受領から遅滞なく実行されます。

買い手・セラーは、当社が保有する自身に関する個人情報について、以下の権利を有します。

• 開示請求権: ご自身の情報の内容を確認する権利
• 訂正・追加・削除請求権: 誤った情報の訂正、削除を求める権利
• 利用停止・消去請求権: 情報の利用停止を求める権利

これらの請求は、[email protected]までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、受領から14日以内に対応いたします。

• 通信はTLSにより暗号化されます。
• OAuthトークン等の機密情報はサーバ側で暗号化保管されます。
• 管理画面はBasic認証で保護されます。
• サーバサイドのログから個人情報（買い手ユーザー名・メッセージ本文抜粋等）を除去する設計を採用しています。

本サービスでは、ログインセッション維持のための必須Cookieのみを使用します。行動追跡・広告表示を目的としたCookieは使用しません。

本ポリシーは、法令改正・サービス内容の変更等に応じて改定する場合があります。改定した場合は、本ページに掲載した時点で有効となります。重要な変更については、事前に通知します。

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how YUYUKA here Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal data in connection with our SaaS service ecomPilot AI, an AI-powered reply assistance tool for eBay and other marketplaces.

2.1 From Service Users (Sellers)

• eBay OAuth authorization tokens (stored encrypted on our servers)
• Authentication credentials for our service
• Service usage logs (access timestamps, operation history)

2.2 About Message Senders (Buyers)

When we synchronize eBay messages received by a Seller, we collect:

• eBay username (buyer identifier)
• Message body
• Related order information (Item ID, purchase date/time, amount, shipping country, etc.)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Automated generation of reply drafts using AI
• SLA monitoring and alerting for unresponded messages
• Automated detection of claims and escalations
• Message classification, translation, and summarization
• Statistical processing for service improvement (aggregated data only; no individual identification)

4.1 Sub-Processors

We entrust data processing to the following third parties:

Data sent to Google Gemini API is not used for model training, per Google’s additional terms for the Gemini API.

4.2 No Sale or Advertising Sharing

Except for the Sub-Processors listed above, we do not sell, share, or otherwise provide personal information of Buyers or Sellers to any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. Exceptions apply only when:

• Disclosure is required by applicable law; or
• Disclosure is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of any person and obtaining consent is difficult.

• Message body and buyer usernames: Retained until the Seller deletes their account, or until we receive an eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notification for the buyer (see Section 6).
• eBay OAuth tokens: Retained until the Seller disconnects the integration or the token expires.
• Application logs: Rotated automatically on a 30-day basis.

This service is subscribed to and compliant with the eBay Marketplace Account Deletion / Account Closure Notification Workflow.

Upon receiving a valid account-deletion notification from eBay (verified via cryptographic signature), we will hard-delete all conversations, messages, reply drafts, and related records tied to the affected user from our database. The deletion is executed automatically and without undue delay.

Buyers and Sellers have the following rights with respect to their personal data held by us:

• Right of access: To confirm the content of their data
• Right to rectification / addition / deletion: To correct or delete inaccurate data
• Right to restrict processing: To request that use of their data be suspended

To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected] in Japanese or English. Upon verification of identity, we will respond within 14 days.

• All communication is encrypted via TLS.
• Sensitive information such as OAuth tokens is encrypted at rest on our servers.
• Administrative interfaces are protected by Basic authentication.
• Server-side logs are engineered to exclude personal information (buyer usernames, message body excerpts, etc.) as documented in our technical specifications.

We use only strictly necessary cookies required to maintain login sessions. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

We may amend this Policy from time to time in response to changes in law or service. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. We will provide advance notice of material changes.
